*Full Service - Receive ALL of our services at a discounted rate.  We are here to guide you with all matters to ensure your loved one is receiving the best possible care to give you Peace of Mind. *Minimum of two full months of service required.

*Medical - We highly recommend our medical advocacy for our clients with complex medical conditions and the aging population.  We will guide you through health crises, changes in medication, and even the common cold.  Our services include: the option of biweekly video chats with the client so we can see any changes in condition, access to an after-hours number for medical emergencies so you have Peace of Mind when discussing conditions with doctors in the hospital or walk-in clinic, and participation in any meeting where medical needs are discussed.  We also provide consultation in the following areas: Medical, Medical with RN consult, Advance Directives, and Finding Appropriate Care. *Minimum of two full months of service required.

*Meeting Assistance - We will gladly attend, and advocate on your behalf at, any Individual Education Plan meetings, Intake Staffings, Personal Support Plan meetings, Care Plan meetings, Interdisciplinary Team meetings, or Emergency Staffings.  This includes a preliminary strategy session to discuss meeting goals (up to one hour) and attendance at scheduled appointment. *Charged in 15 minute increments.

* Medical - Single medical consultation regarding a specific health concern.

* Medical with RN consult - Single medical consultation regarding a specific health concern with Registered Nurse present.

* Advance Directives - We will guide you through the Advance Directives process to ensure Peace of Mind.

* Finding Appropriate Care - Looking for the perfect doctor, dentist, or psychiatrist that specializes in your specific needs? We will offer a list of preferred professionals in your area.

* Getting Started - Do you need assistance in obtaining help or new to the Medicaid waiver? We are here to help by offering you all the information you need to get started and maximize services within the confines of the waiver.

* Future Planning - We will guide you through the planning process for your loved one's future. Topics such as Special Needs Trusts, co-guardians and successor guardians, and sibling support groups are addressed to ensure your Peace of Mind.

* Understanding Trusts - We will guide you through the world of Special Needs Trusts to gain a deeper understanding of your options to leave your loved one financially secure to ensure Peace of Mind. You will also be provided a list of preferred lawyers to finalize documentation.

* From Birth to Death - We offer an all-inclusive consultation including: Getting Started, Advance Directives, Finding Appropriate Care, Future Planning and Understanding Trusts. Receive all the information needed to care for your loved one from birth until death.

* Behavioral - We can offer you tips and tricks based off of proven behavioral management techniques that promote desired behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors. We can also offer you a list of preferred BCBAs in your area. *Charged in 15 minute increments.

* Structure -  Want to maximize productivity, work flow, and customer relations? We will review your current management structure and identify areas of improvement. We have experience in both Union and non-Union organizations and can assist with improving staff buy-in. In addition, we have experience in creating new positions that blend case management and supervision to empower residential leaders. Let us help you create a unique structure for your organization.  

* Maximize Medicaid Awards -  We will review your current Medicaid awards to identify areas that may increase funding. We specialize in adult and home-based programs with an emphasis on enhanced funding (1:1).
